Return Eligibility
• Unopened hair and products may be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Hair brushes must be unopened and in original packaging
• Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached
• Custom or discounted orders are final sale
How to Return
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using a tracked delivery service
Refund Process:
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
